RhizeUP was awarded $50,000 through the MD Intercollegiate Student Venture Showcase & Pava LaPere Innovation Awards, a program funded by the 2024 Pava LaPere Legacy of Innovation Act. The initiative, run by TEDCO, supports student-led tech startups in the Baltimore-Columbia-Towson area.
